“SIX BASICS INITIAL INTERVIEW”

(I share my simple answer for initial interview can gives you an idea)

1) HOW DO YOU HANDLE REJECTION?
ANSWER:
◀When it comes to my rejections I’ll accept it and from those mistakes I’ve been learned from it so that I will promise to my self and to the company that it will never ever gonna happen again.

2) HOW DO YOU HANDLE STRESS?
ANSWER:
◀My stressed are my negativity thoughts so that everything is all about negative but I will not defeated on that I’ll think positive so that I will make it through to my job, where I can still continue my work.

3) WHAT IS YOUR OBJECTIVE?
ANSWER:
◀My objectives are to find my solutions to my errors and mistakes, into different problems for the company and to myself.

4) WHAT IS YOUR WEAKNESSES AND STRENGTH?
ANSWER:
◀My weaknesses are sometimes I’m over job so that I am so much proud to my work that there’s something more to work it or to give on my 100% but through I’m opened minded from little things big or small so that every pieces of my sufficiently or missing piece of my one percent where I can still find a way just to make it perfect.
◀My strength was my fate on my job. I had a strong beliefs on myself that I can do my work because I am 100% determined. I am a fast learner. All of the hard things to come is possible for me like everyday going to the office just to make sure that I’m not be late and never gonna be absent. Also, I promised to finished my task on time that nothing was impossible for me.

5) WHY SHOULD I HIRE YOU?
ANSWER:
◀I am a hardworking person. In the fields of working I am 100% determined and a fast learner. I am willing to be trained. I can handle rejections and stress. I can adopt different skills.

6) WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT OUR COMPANY?
ANSWER:
